Hello world!

Hello world! I have finally got round to creating a blog. Partly so that I can cross off which static site generator to use from the list of things to endlessly deliberate over, and partly to try and force me to write up some notes in a more coherent way.

This post was written in ed, with special thanks to my oldest friend, I look forward to the wine and cheese ;)
